Hi Vikas,
Microsoft is retiring the MCITP certifications:
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/mcitp-certification.aspx
The MCITP: Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008 certification will be retired on July 31, 2013. The MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008 and the MCITP: Virtualization Administrator on Windows Server 2008 R2 certifications will be
retired on January 31, 2014
MCSA and MCSE are new certifications for the Windows Server 2012 platform:
MCSA:http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/mcsa-certification.aspx
MCSE:http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/mcse-certification.aspx
For upgrading MCSA: Server 2008 is now available, this requires passing 70-640, 70-642 and 70-646:
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/mcsa-windows-server-2008-certification.aspx
As you already have exam 70-640 and 70-642 you only need to pass exam 70-646 for MCSA: Server 2008.
From there you can upgrade to MCSA: Server 2012 with the upgrade exam 70-417
Once you have MCSA: Server 2012 you can go more indepth with the MCSE certifications like MCSE: Server Inftrastructure for the Windows Server platform and MCSE: Messaging. Both tracks will require two additional exams ontop of the MCSA: Server 2012 exams.
