Blank screen on completion of Import Wizard via Outlook plugin RRS feed

  • A number of my users are having problems with the import data wizard in the CRM 2011 plugin with Outlook 2013. The Data Import wizard will run, and the dialog box will disappear as though it completes. It then goes to a blank box, as where I would expect to see the imported document. 

    If the same document is imported through the use of a web browser, it works fine.

    I've tried all of the obvious things from updating/reinstalling the plugin, to wiping outlook and windows profiles and rebuilding them, to reinstalling office itself.

    All other functionality of the plugin appears to be unaffected.
