Updating problems with my windows 7

Question
-
Hi! (I live in germany and my mother tonge is spanish. I may have english writing errors! ;0)
I´m not an IT expert, therefore i´ve read a lot and followed your councelling but it seams not being working.
What i have?
When i start my computer appears (in german): "RunDLL-starting problem- c:/users/Rudere~1/AppData/local/temp/glom0_og.exe""The modul(?) wasn´t found"
Then, when i try to update windows, i can´t, it says that it isn´t active!!! i try to activate it manually, but nothing. I bekome errors report with: "repair windows update-components" and "repair windows update-standard saving unit (Standardspeicherorte in german)".
Somewhere i found the error name "BITS0x80070424" and "0xC0070643 General intern error MSI engine"
And I can´t active my antivirus and, running a full scanner, it is interrupted and cn´t finish anything!
I would very thankfull if someone could help me. English, german or spanish but in really easy computer tonge! ;o)

When i start my computer appears (in german): "RunDLL-starting problem- c:/users/Rudere~1/AppData/local/temp/glom0_og.exe""The modul(?) wasn´t found"
This indicates that there was probably a malware infection which has only been partly removed.
Please download and install (UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM PRO' at the end of the installation) Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) www.malwarebytes.org and update it, and run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.
Delete everything it finds
Then install the WAT Upate - KB971033 from here...
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971033
and install that,
then run another MGADiag report, and we'll take another look.
