For what version and edition of Windows is your PC licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?
The installed version is an OEM version of Ultimate - which is not normally installed on Satellite PC's, so I suspect that the shop installed a counterfeit copy on your machine.
If you actually paid for a full  Ultimate license, then the shop is guilty of fraud, especially if you didn't get the disks and product Key with the sale.
You should also note that the installation of Office is suspect - it's a version which is only sold in bulk to organisations for use in their own PC's (or possibly through MSDNAA).

You shouldn't need one, unless the edition installed doesn't match the edition on our COA sticker, and you particularly need Ultimate for some reason.
Please answer the questions in my earlier post.
