Server 2003 Standard R2 32bit local keyboard and mouse unresponsive, but works via RDC and Log me in RRS feed

    This may have occurred after a server dotnet framework update.  I have reverted the updates and no luck.  The keyboard is online on bootup ( as in I can access BIOS) but will not respond when I get to the login screen.  I am able to access the server via RDC, Radmin and Logmein to do trouble shooting.  Kbd and mouse fully functional in remote.  Checked, deleted, update drivers.  Tried different hardware and no success. No luck in Safemode as well.
