  • Question

  • I have been using my computer for at least the last 4 years and it came with office on it. Needles to say the company I got it from nolonger exist.....

Last week I got a pop up that said my coppy of office was not genuine. I few months ago I set up another computer running windows 7 and purchased another copy of office (full). Because I need to have office on the company computer, I uninstalled this version and installed it on this computer and all went well. I rebooted and did not get the erroro message. I also had all my setups left the same so I assumed it just over wrote the hard drive (I had copied the pst file to another had disk). Today it cam up and told me I now only have 9 days left. Did I do something wrong with the install or the unistall from the privious computer?
Can some one clear this up for me?
