Undo/Uninstall Microsoft Fix It Change?

  I clicked on a Microsoft Fix It fix that was supposed to help a problem I am having in Microsoft Outlook, but it has now changed my IE & isn't showing items & causing it to run at a snail's pace. I want to UNDO the fix. How can I do this? I used to be able to restore my computer to a specific date & time, & now it will only let me go to a preselected restore point. HELP?
