System 32 crash? ( ntdll.dll)

  My dell started about a week ago to slow down...nothing i do speeds it up, defrag, reg cleaners etc....this morning I turn my  machine on and this is what i get:
  
  STOP:C0000221 UNKNOWN HARD ERROR\SYSTEMROOT\SYSTEM32\NTDLL.DLL
  
  will start in safe mode, tired restore nothing......still get the above when i boot fully.....can anyone help.....Microsoft doesn't have any help yet....
  
  about ready to switch to Mac
