Unable to Activate Windows 7 Professional 64 - Bit

Question
-
I've had trouble for a while now and i have run out of reasons for this error to show up each time. I have dual booted my system, one OS is genuine and the other OS is the one i can't activate (Both are Windows 7 Professional 64-bit). I'm using the same Licence Key which is genuine but it still comes up with the error.
Attempting to activate it gives me an error code - 0xC004E003

You can ONLY use a Key on ONE installation at a time - or both installations are likely to be declared invalid, and the key blocked.
The installed Product Key here is the DELL OEM_SLP Key - which is only valid on installations using the Recovery media supplied by Dell.
You need to change the Key to a valid one and activate that.
It looks to me as if this machine shipped with Windows 8 - and a possible downgrade to Win7 Pro.
If that's the case, then you won't have a COA sticker for Windows 7 - and even if you did, you couldn't legally use it for the second OS anyhow, since it would be in use on the first..
