trojan; alureon.gen!c RRS feed

  • livecare is good BUT not good enough. it finds the alureon   trojan says it has blocked or removed it.
    but this is not the case as it remains on my comp.   messing up my browers with redirects to sites i dont know or dont want to know.
    this leaves it extremly hard to get to a site which can help
    cant even open windows update
    any tips would be appreciated.
    i downloaded malwarebytes wont open
    i downloaded superantispyware wont open
    i dont wanna go the manual route as im no comp. whizz

  • i have onecare on and running.

    surely if it can get rid off the virus it would. maybe it just cant.

    what can this support do for me and how much does it cost

  • Support has the tools and expertise to remove the malware that One Care is unable to detect or remove and there is no charge for One Care support.
