CRM 4.0 IFD autentication error RRS feed

  • Good Morning,

    I've a problem with my Crm 4.0 Ifd Deployment... when I log into crm from inside my network there is no problem, but when I try to login from outside the application hang.
    I've 2 organization on the same deployment..

    Can someone Help me?

  • If you don't get a response from CRM from outside the network, the first things I'd check are whether public DNS entries are correct, whether your firewalls are configured to permit the traffic (it will be on the https protocol), and whether any port mappings for incoming traffic are correct.

    The respective firewall logs and IIS logs on the CRM Server should help. From the client-side, a tool like Fiddler can be useful

    The problem it's more complicated, I didn't speficited that it happens only with some users.

    There is one user that can login without problem.

  • If it's user-specific, then it's possible that there may be different DNS caching behaviour on different machines, but I'd suggest checking if they have different Internet Explorer

  • Please can you explaine me "different DNS caching behaviour on different machines"?

    It happens with some users, they can loging inside the network, but they can't from the outside...

    It can be an Active Directory Group problem? There are 2 Organization, how many Group there must be in AD?
