Dynamic 365 - lost functionality RRS feed

  • We use Dynamic 365 as our CRM. Our search abilities continue to be severely diminished.

    It started a month ago when I was no longer about to search an email address in the contact field or the upper magnifying glass search and pull a return. 

    Today I can’t get a return when I go to the contact level search bar and enter a first and last name. I either need to search: *last name   or just: first name    and then sift through until I find the right contact.

    I seems reasonable that I should be able to do this and I used to. any suggestions?
