  My primary home computer auto upgraded with no problem. My second home computer with identical operating system and programs brings up the initial onecare screen but I get program not responding. I have tried everything to get this running - all the "methods" described in Help. Now I cannot even uninstall the program!! What do I do next? PS - the primary computer status is green, the second computer status is red with urgent notices for firewall off, can't turn on anti-virus and spyware monitoring.
