and how to configure

In SqlServer node, you need to provide the virutal name for your cluster.
In the reporting node, I'm pretty sure it is not possible to install and configure Reporting services in a active/passive cluster so Reporting Services should be installed on your CRM front server.

So the best practice is to install the Reporting services on a dedicated server or on the CRM server
