MSDN FORUM LINKS FROM THREADS... ( please fix )

Question
-
the links in threads on the msdn forums, work whenever they feel like working..
refreshing the webbrowser, does help sometimes.
copying the link address, if posted, and pasting it in the addressbar, or tab, seems to work as well.
i am posting this on this forum, since i am not the only one dealing with such, not always, just sometimes.. i know how to bypass this, many do not..
i do not know what else to add, other than, please take this in a major consideration.. members are at fault, and so are websites.

When I see an address that does not show as a link, I have been assuming the person posting removed the link properties. This can be done using the "break link" button, just to the left of the "HTML" button.
Are you saying that this is not the case and that the forum has a bug?
Btw, this particular forum group, Using Forums Forums also appears under other forums such as Technet, etc.Saturday, August 29, 2009 11:45 PM -

My links work. At least the ones I've tested do.
I have used the "break link" button when what I pasted was not a link but the forum editor interpreted it as one.
Btw I see this thread as http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/suggest/thread/2d1033ad-b1b3-4f85-8d71-35da030058af. But you could also view it as http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/suggest/thread/2d1033ad-b1b3-4f85-8d71-35da030058af, etc.Sunday, August 30, 2009 12:37 AM -

If you paste an URL in IE, it gets interpreted as a link automatically.

If you do the same in FireFox, it does not. You have to select the pasted URL, hit the link button and then paste the URL again in the Link URL box. Very annoying for the poster (if he/she does it) or the reader (if not).

davewilk .. quick suggestion, open new window with the link you want to paste, and drag the addressbar icon from that webpage to the post..
it should link..
i used to be able to do such for tabs, but with the new update from firefox, that option is gone. ;o/ , so, i found the addressbar. ;o)

Ah, yes, that does work (at least in SeaMonkey, I don't actually use FireFox).

But it doesn't really work for me because I always run my browser full screen
