  • Take a look at this blog article for starters: http://communicatorteam.com/archive/2008/08/20/316.aspx

    Are these internal or externally connected workstations?  It most likely is a certificate issue as if the computers are internal and don't trust the cert on the Front-End server used for SSL connections to the Web Components IIS site.   If external it may be the same issue if using a private internal cert on the Reverse Proxy listener.

  • Hi

    These are internal connected WorkStations.

    I tried to access : https://ocsfrontend/Abs/Int/Handler/ but i got below error:

    This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that this program was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

    However if i put: https://ocsfrontend.tetracom.com.lb/Abs/ i got:

  • What issued the certificate that is intalled on the Front-End server for SSL: an internal CA or a trusted public CA?

  • Hi Jeff

    It is an internal certificate used for frontend;
    I have other users were the abs is working fine;
    however on my laptop only it is not working no GalContact.db file created; it seems an application on my laptop causing conflicts??
    How can i troubleshoot it?

    Thanks
