    Hi Dave,

    I e-mailed them, but have not received any answer.

    The forum has since even got worse with all kinds of problems.

    Do they usually reply promptly? or how long is the reply time?

    Christmas spirit all year long Please remember to vote on useful replies. Mark answers. Help to answer questions of others while you are visting the forums. Thank you.

    They are usually fairly prompt with replies but given the serious forums application issues right now I'm not surprised to hear of slow response from forums admins.
