I keep getting stuck and I cannot add adobe. Right now told to take off my internet explorers; add-ons.

  My computer keeps getting stuck, I cannot add adobe even though it was there before and aol games and facebook games will not open up to me.  When the arrow gets stuck there is an hour glass that I have to wait for.  Ant then it happens again.
