Live OneCare Icon - orange

Question
-
My Live OneCare icon remains orange indicated I need to download an update. When I download and instal the update the icon changes to green but when I restart the computer the icon is again orange indicating that I need to get the same update. The update is KB967715 and when I go to the Microsoft site it is there but it has no kbytes.
