event viewer warnings

I was trying to find way to enhance my computers start up and shutdown speed, I checked windows help and support which prompted me to check programs that may be causing these issues under "event viewer", once there I found I have numerous warning and errors
for programs some critical, but I don't know what I should do to fix these issues. Can anyone help. Thanks
