The curse and blessing of self-proposing RRS feed

  • Question

  • In the T-SQL forum I'm frequented I see one particular user always self-proposing even in cases where it's not really a good answer.

  • It is the same answer again for any of the threads you started here lately: approach the user about it.  Point out why it is a bad practice.  You'll get no help from Microsoft, they approve of it.  Mods can't do anything about it, they just ignore it.

  • Nobody is going to volunteer to get rid of your annoyances, you'll have to do this yourself.  It is a forum, post to the thread.
