Outlook Mobile No Connection

  Hi,

  I have a Windows Mobile 6.5 phone (Samsung GT-I8000). A few days ago Outlook Mobile was not able to connect to Hotmail (outlook.com). I got a generic message stating Outlook Mobile could not establish a connection. Other email providers I connect to like gmail work. Has Microsoft turned off access via Outlook Mobile users? Are there any workarounds or solutions?
