I have done everything to try and correct this problem. I have contacted Dell On-Call, Microsoft via email, and even the geek squad and
nobody seems to be able to resolve this!
The steps to resolve my issue, according to the site, are supposed to do something when you follow them. Well, they don't! If someone has any advice for me on what I can do, please don't tell me to re-format my hard drive. I have too many important documents on here. :(
Also, OneCare online scanner does not work due to "script bugs." Please, if someone knows what is wrong with my computer, please help me out!
