Off-Topics forum no longer listed when I want to Move a Thread

  Even when located in this (Feedback and Discussions) set of forums but also when in the SharePoint set of forums, I still have Move Thread rights, but I can no longer move posts to Off-Topic because that forum is no longer listed in the (long) list of forums I can move to.

  
  

  This means that I will now be deleting Off-Topic posts - deleting threads still works. 

  
  

  I think everyone agrees deleting them is worse than moving them to Off-Topic with an explanation. Can we have the listing of Off-Topic posts in the Move Threads dropdown back please.
