forward mailbox can't sink e-mail into CRM RRS feed

  • We use the exchange mailbox as CRM forward mailbox, and forward the e-mail form hotmail or other mail server.

    This forward mailbox only delete e-mail by itself but e-mail not forwarding to the CRM system. 

    dose CRM only support "forward as Attachment"? what's the type with e-mail that can sink into CRM?

    user option 
    inbound  -> forward mailbox 
    outbound -> e-mail router

  • Yes, you must set the e-mail to forward as an attachment.
