After Malware removal suddenly Windows 7 not genuine message appears

Question
-
Have used system with no problems and then I downloaded Malware that had to be removed by pc repair shop, now after about 1.5 hours a pop up saying windows not genuine and not passing validation- needs activated. Ran diagnostic (see below) shows Genuine and system shows activated. Have reviewed forum on same issues but their diagnostics don't show genuine and see none describing for after malware removal. Can you help me fix this error?

Windows needs to see the SLIC table in the BIOS when using an OEM SLP copy of Windows. Yours is not seeing the table,
BIOS valid for OA 2.0: yes, but no SLIC table
Try reactivating with the product key printed on the COA label affixed to your computer's case (it is inside the battery compartment on some laptops).
Click Start, type "slui.exe 3" and hit Enter. Follow the instructions to enter the COA product key.
