    Hi, 

    in crm 2011 we can change the ribbon customization by 2 way.

    1. manually  in sitemap.xml.

    2. several tools.

    As I am new to crm, please give suggestion to which way i should refer. 

    which tool is best for customization.

    Hi,

    The bar across the top is usually referred to as the navigation or application bar. It is customised via the sitemap.xml and an excellent editor is found in Tanguy's toolbox -http://xrmtoolbox.codeplex.com/
