Live One Care Antivirus RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a trial subscription to Live One Care Antivirus that expires in 71 days. When I purchase and renew, do I need to purchase for both computers in my home? My wife's computer has a wireless modem and I access the Internet through a wireless receiver on my computer. Somewhere I believe I read that it was good for up to 3 computers. If that is the case and I make a renewal on my computer do I receive a password or code so I can also do the renewal on her computer without having to purchase it again?  Thanks for a reply.

  • A One Care subscription can be used to protect up to three computers. When you purchase a One Care subscription the purchase is linked to your Live ID. When you add a second or third computer you only need to use your Live ID and password to activate.

  • The full subscription which I bought lets you use it on three computers, and they do not have to be connected.

  • We have four computers.  How would I get this to work on our fourth pc?  Would I have to pay $49.99 again?

  • Unfortunately purchasing another subscription would be the only way. I know the One Care team is planning to address this issue but a resolution may take months or longer.
