    I purchased the Office 2007 and when it asked to put in the Regis. key # I did and it DID NOT accept it.  What's up with that?  To this day I still cannot put it in so I cannot send emails from here if I want to and I've wanted to in the past.  I've wanted to share a web address with someone but it always asks for the regis. key #.

     

    Help.

    What is the EXACT error message you get when trying to enter your Product Key?
    (you can always use Windows Mail, or Windows Live Mail, for email)

    I read one of the answers and the woman had to uninstall MS Office and reinstall it.  The only thing is, my children have scratched up this CD so there is no way I can do this.  What else can be done to fix this.  It's very frustrating because it's been going on ever since we received it and that was months and months ago.

     I am speaking of the production key not working.  I purchased this from a retail store so it's legit but it just isn't taking the production key and hasn't for months.
