In MS CRM 2011, some received emails are having the "Regarding" auto-populated to a Random Contact. There is no plugin or code running on creation of the email. Could it be a behavior of the CRM to auto-populate the "Regarding" based
on the Content? Any help?
Per default - Regarding is only set by either a manual entry or if the email you recieve is part of a thread that has previously been tracked with set regarding.
