I originally bought a subscription on 12/11. I started getting error messages shortly after the new year. Attempted to find out what was going on, but could not find an appropriate error message that answsered my problem. Could also not find my original password, and could not get on the site to find out what it was without it! Sooo, I removed OneCare from my computer and downloaded a new copy. How do I get credit for the orignal upload?
