DMM by default is designed to be installed on client machines which can connect to the CRM server... Doing this way, unexpected performance issues in the CRM server can be avoided and allows/helps multiple users migrate data.
However, the same can be installed in the CRM server itself (If at all necessary) by tweaking some registry entries. While doing so, the product install ID will be different from installations to installations so might need to go through them individually
to find the right one.
