See this Microsoft Knowledge Base article to troubleshoot the 0014 error - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930157/en-us
If McAfee was previously installed try the McAfee uninstall tool - http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/McAfee-Consumer-Product-Removal-Tool.shtml
If you are still unable to install One Care successfully, uninstall One Care using add/remove programs, then run the One Care cleanup tool - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=828910&SiteID=2 then try to install One Care. hi I'm having the excact same problem. the live one care is showing a error 0014-80072efd
with the network .but i have no firewall with my network, so theres nothing blocking it. I had it installed it once before
but had to take it out. my free trail isn't up yet, so i replaced the original one,and it is now showing the error.

okay i just fixed it,i took out aol saftey and security center.i guess it was conflicting with the download
so you might have to check all of your firewalls and either turn them off for a while till it downloads or make sure it
isn't blocking the download
hope this helps
