Every time i put in my activation code for Mirosoft Office 2007 it does not work. It returns the
The key is incorrect. Verify that you have the correct key, and then retype it.
I really need my office back (Yes i checked this is NOT a demo version) I have talked with the company i bought the laptop from and they said it is not their fault... that it is a legal, gen. version.
I even have the CD with me so i know it was not a cracked software.

You have two versions installed on your system. The version Microsoft Office system 2007 may be a trial copy because it is receiving the PID 104 Error. Please uninstall this version and restart your computer. If you have further problems please re-run the diag tool (after that version has been removed) and past your results here. I was able to uninstall all the programs, i then reinstalled the correct one. I spent about 102 min. on the phone with a mirsoct VL person and she finally fixed it with giving me a new key. it worked fine. Thank you for your help also
