Live One Care Not working at all... Help Please

Hi all, I'm new here.
I purchased the live care last week and installed it. Was working fine for first few days but now, It's not working at all.
When I click it to strat I ge this error message...
"The Windows Live OneCare service is not working or has been stopped. To correct this problem, try restarting your computer. If the problem persists, contact support,"
I have restarted numerous times, I even uninstalled and reinstalled ans still nothing. Anyone know what could be wrong and how I can fix this?
Thanks a bunch for any and all help.

What exactly is the same problem? Was the trial working and suddenly stopped working? What is the status of the OneCare icon?
Check your PC date/time as that can cause issues similar to the above. Try rebooting the PC even if you do not change the date/time settings on the PC.
