CRM2013: Can't mark a task as complete RRS feed

  • This is affecting all users of mine with 2013 on prem, I have admin rights others are sales person.  If we make a task and instead of saving it we hit save and mark complete (or whatever the option is) it does it and completes it.  However if we make a task then later go in, hitting "Mark Complete" does nothing.  Can press it 10 times nothing happens.  If I click the Close Task and select a reason and hit Ok, again nothing happens.  The only way to close one as complete is I've had to make a workflow that when run changes the status to complete.  That works and closes it.  The event viewer shows no errors and I'm at a loss for why this might not work.  I'm not sure if it ever has worked as we just started using tasks and 2013.  Any ideas on where I could check or why it might not work?  Thanks!
