Have to restart XP to see the network.

Xp Pro with SP/3 installed. Have tryed to start ipconfig...fails. Try to restart services like the browser...fails. Deinstall and reinstall card from device manager. I look in event log and get these errors. Event ID 7036 The computer browser service entered a stopped state. Also Event ID 25 Cannot load personal free/busy data. Network problems are preventing connections to microsoft exchange.
