  • Hi, Dmitry_Borisov.

I used IE 11. I just successfully download my MCSE certificate as *.pdf and *.xps files. I downloaded them as *.zip files. This is a configuration problem in your web browser or a firewall at your end.

When I attempted to click the link, it needed me to log out and then log back in again. You may want to do that if you have a Microsoft Live account. Log out of Outlook, Live, MSN, or Hotmail and then navigate to the Microsoft Learning site. Then log in and download your MCSE certificate.

Note that you can also try different web browsers (Mozilla, Firefox, Google Chrome) and see if you are still getting the same results.

As well, try temporarily disabling your firewall or Anti-Virus (A/V) software.

    Good luck!

    Best wishes, Davin Mickelson
