technet.microsoft.com keeps defaulting to Chinese

Question
-
Hello, this site(technet.microsoft.com)keeps defaulting to Chinese for some reason. I can change it by replacing "zh-CN" with "en-US" at the end of the url or by clicking the language section at the top right however it keeps defaulting back to Chinese whenever I come back to the site. Just started happening today and it is only this website.

Edge and IE browsers should by default get locale settings from windows, but you may be able to override here.
and on TechNet forums page you can change language as you did in URL or using dropdown here.
