Does the 70-646 alone give you anything? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I just passed the 70-646 exam this week.  I know under the old exams, you could get a MCP cert by passing one test.  Is that a thing of the past?  I know, I should have went for the 70-640 when I started but I thought that given my experience, the 646 would be a good confidence building exam to start with.

    Thanks for any info.

  • Hi,

All it takes is one passed exam to get the MCP designation, though I am
not seeing a certificate in the certificate manager on the MCP site. It
does appear that you can use the MCP logo through the logo builder.

  • I just got my login to the MCP site today.  I didn't see anything in the certificate manager either.  No biggie, I'm going to take the 640 in August I think.  ;)
