  • you need to either create a plugin step or workflow on Email Create, and write code in the plugin or workflow to create campaign response based on email.

  • Hi

    I am also facing the almost same situation, I am using CRM Online 2013, with outlook. I have used power mailchimp plugin to send the marketing emails and track the clicks and opens. The responses to the campaign are in outlook neither I see them as campaign responses nor I have the option to promote them as campaign responses. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, share with us. Thanks in advance!
