Send email using Mail merge RRS feed

  • Hi, I've created a mail merge template on a quote entity. Now I want to send the mail to the potential customer of that quote, from MS Word 2013. But it doesn't seems to send this to the receiver.It also doesn't show any kind of error.

    How could I send this email to my recipient?

  • Hi,

    Are you using the Outlook client as email client to send your mails. And did you configure the CRM for outlook in it.

    When you need to send the email through Mail merge (From Word), it will utilize the mail client (ie Outlook).

    The other way is to update the mail merge template into CRM and the send the mail to through Mail merge template you have uploaded by selecting the required contacts or customer(account.)

  • I've now configure the outlook for CRM. And I am trying to send mail using mail merge. But I couldn't find any option for quote to send mail merge. Would you like to help me to find it out to send mail merge for quote entity.
