  • We are using CRM Online.  Our sales reps conduct product demonstration appointments via phone in all time zones.  I am trying to create a workflow that will send a confirmation email to the prospect at the time of scheduling and a reminder email a day before the actual appointment.  I have sales reps in the Eastern, Pacific and Arizona Time Zones.  The issue is that using the dynamic values options and based upon the Start Date field in the appointment entity, I am not seeing a way to convert the Start Date value to the time zone of the prospect.  Is this even possible?  If this is not, is there a way to include the time zone of the sales rep as a dynamic value in the email to notify the recipient of the time difference.
