I have licensing scenario for CRM Online.
The customer has employees on an internal system they use. This will be linked using an API to CRM Online. CRM Online will have about 35 users. The information will pass from CRM to their internal system and vice versa using the API.
We know we don't need a license for the API as that will be covered by Multiplexing; however this wording "all users of the pooled connection do require a license" from a licensing document I have read is open to interpretation.
The majority of users on their internal system will not have CRM Online licenses and will not need to ever log in or do any activities, they will simply receive data from CRM into their internal system.
Do they need CRM licenses?
