Need to track the time of my call in MS CRM Dynamics 4.0 RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    We have a call center and have decided to use CRM Dynamics 4.0 to log and track calls from our users.  Is there an additional piece we need to purchase to allow tracking the wmount of time we have the phone call activity window open?
