    I'm trying to install KB947821, but the problem is everytime I install the Windows Update Standalone Installer will say "The update does not apply to your system" any suggestion on how I can fix this pls?

    Why are you trying to run CheckSURT?
    Have you downloaded the correct version for your OS?
    Please repost your problem in a more appropriate forum - Windows Answers for your operating system.
