    This occurs in every window application, Outlook, IE, Word, and it is really very annoying.

    When scolling down by clicking on the down arrow on the scrollbar, or with the scoll wheel the window automatically scrolls back up again.

    I have another machine in the same house that has exactly the same problems.  Both machines use windows 7 sp1.

    I did google the symptons but didn't really find anything pertaining to Microsoft products

    Look forward to some resolution
