disappointed with phone activation RRS feed

  • I phoned Up the Number and was taken care of by are a very rude gentlemen (I could hardly hear him and was extremely rude to me over the phone) I was given the validation number and then told it has been activated. It is activated now, but I am extremly disapointed with the sevice and flaws in vista.

  • I don't understand why each time for phone activation, we got to key in all the Installation ID and end up we have to speak to the person and we have to read them the numbers all over

    again?I have been doing this so often and I found it really wasting of time, since we have to read to them, why we have to key them all in the first place?
