Status: At Risk? RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I went into OneCare today i noticed it said my PC's status was at risk.
    It then said:

    URGENT
    Go to the Help Center
OneCare has encountered a problem and might not be protecting this PC

I went to the help center but I didn't find anything useful.
I'm a bit confused about this and any tips would be appreciated

I'm also running a scan at the moment so maybe that will help.

  • The most common reason for this problem is that the PC date and time are incorrect. Right click the clock in the system tray and select set date and time. Check all parts of the date/time and make corrections, if needed. Reboot if you changed it more than a small adjustment in time. If the OneCare red status and less than helpful message persists, please contact support.
