We have a user (Derek) who signs into our corporate domain (i.e. Toronto). Once he gets to his desktop and launches the LCS client (v1.0.559) he gets the following error message: Cannot sign into Communications Service. If his coworker signs into the domain on his PC and then Derek launches LCS and signs in with his credentials he is successful If Derek signs into the domain on a different PC and then launches LCS he is not successful
Steps taken so far: Deleted the user's profile folder on the server and local to the PC Deleted the user's LCS account and re-enabled it Had Derek try telnet <lcspool address> 5060 and 5061 on his own pc. 5060 is successful (he gets a blank screen with a blinking cursor). I have not heard back on his results for 5061 (he simply said it doesn't work).
Any ideas as to what I can do next or what is causing this?
